I wasn’t sure about using Samantha’s service as I had only heard of her through an acquaintance. Best move, I live and work out of town and it’s very difficult for me to see my dad who has just recently moved into a care home. Samantha has been great, she adjusted her schedule to fit in with our needs, was able to overcome some unforeseen obstacles with the care home using common sense and her own initiative, and is prompt and reliable. She is caring and capable and spends quality time with my dad.
